60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Unopened products in original packaging can be returned within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. If credible analytical evidence shows that a product you received does not match its labeled identity or the stated purity for its applicable batch, contact Pepfy within 60 days of delivery. Documented identity or stated-purity claims are reviewed under the separate guarantee terms below.
How Returns Work

Ship Your Return
Pack items securely in original packaging and ship to the address provided. For ordinary unopened returns, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.
Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.

- Unopened products in original packaging
- Products within 60 days of delivery
- Damaged or defective products
- Incorrect items received
- Documented identity or stated-purity nonconformity reported within 60 days of delivery
Not Eligible for Return
- Opened or reconstituted products for ordinary returns (documented identity or purity claims are reviewed separately)
- Products improperly stored after delivery
- Items more than 60 days after delivery
- Products without proof of purchase

We take quality seriously. If credible analytical evidence shows that a product you received does not match its labeled identity or the stated purity for its applicable batch, contact Pepfy within 60 days of delivery. After verification, Pepfy will replace or refund the affected product under the published guarantee terms.

Refund Timeline
Note: For ordinary unopened returns, the customer pays return shipping and original shipping costs are non-refundable. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are replaced at no cost, including return shipping. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days; funds may take up to 10 business days to post to your bank. Refund timing may vary based on your bank or payment provider.
